We (the App, its operators, and affiliates) understand the importance of privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. To create your account and provide services, we gather the following data through our app, website, and authorized platforms (Google Play/App Store):

1.1 Essential Verification Data

         • Identity Proof: Government ID copy (including national ID, passport, UMID or driver’s license), ID number, full legal name, occupation.

         • Biometric Authentication: Facial recognition scan (via camera access)

         • Social media account: communication tools account, active email address, physical residence proof, verified mobile/SIM number.

         • Birth Details: Date and place of birth, sex and age.

1.2 Device Data

         • Network Information: Including Wi-Fi status, mobile carrier.  

         • Mobile Phone Status: We collect details such as operator information, network status, Bluetooth status, battery level, (GPS/cell tower data) and other relevant device data to assess credit status and prevent fraud.

         • Mobile Device Information: We collect various device identifiers, including phone type,device model, operating system version, and IP address, Device Fingerprint, which helps uniquely identify your device for security and fraud prevention purposes. Android ID, MAC address, serial number, battery status, network operator information, screen density, the brand, hardware identifiers, and VPN usage, and OS version to help detect fraud and assess risk.

1.3 Financial & credit data

         1) Information assessing credit reliability and relevant financial records.

         2) Banking details, including account or card information, for fund transfers and repayments.

         3) History of transactions and payment activities during the usage of our app.

1.4 Optional Data (collected with user consent)

         Mobile Message Logs: We may collect text message content related to financial transactions, such as loan applications, credit card transactions, payroll deposits, shopping payments, marketing advertisement from bank or other institute, interest repayments, and investment returns. We may also use SMS data for one-time verification code (OTP) authentication to improve security. This helps assess your credit risk and detect fraud.

         Personal Contacts: We may collect emergency contact numbers if you explicitly provide them.

         App Install List: We gather data on installed apps, including package names, update time, and installation times, to monitor financial activities and detect fraud risks.

         Image data for verification: We collect photos for identity verification and facial recognition during the KYC process.

         Positioning Information: With your consent, we collect your approximate location via GPS, Wi-Fi, or mobile network to verify your identity, prevent fraud, offer personalized recommendations, and enhance services. You can turn off location access anytime in your device settings.
